We are seeking a passionate, and energetic, Front of House Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a true team player, who is dedicated to enhancing our culture, and committed to delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Leadership Team to drive operational excellence, including maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness
• Lead and motivate our team of passionate staff members, emphasizing the importance of our culture
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, promotions, and current events to engage with guests and create memorable experiences
• Actively engage with guests, gather feedback, and addressing any concerns promptly to enhance their overall dining experience

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year restaurant management experience, preferably in a casual dining environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive and inclusive work environment
• Proven ability to multitask, make quick decisions, and solve problems in a fast-paced setting.
