Job Summary:

The Flight Attendant Assistant/Cadet will provide assistance and support to aircraft staff to provide excellent service to passengers, including cabin preparation, clean-up, planning and shopping for aircraft stock, and curating personal onboard experiences.

Location Requirements: Applicants must be within a reasonable commuting distance to our Operation Control Center in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Rotation: 8 on 6 off

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist Flight Attendant with cabin service, preparation and clean-up.
• Administer and provide excellent in-flight services such as meals, beverages and attend to clients’ requirements as per company standards.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and maintain a high level of personal decorum and professional conduct.
• Participate in training programs, as required.
• Ensure the comfort of all passengers remains in line with company rules and regulations.
• Keep the lead flight attendant informed with all questions and concerns.
• Shop for aircraft supplies, as requested.
• Provide updated information to passengers within an appropriate timeframe, as requested.
• Assist management to ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Rules and Airlines’ procedures and policies.
• Comply with company procedures and policies.
• Maintain a presence in the cabin during all phases of flight, including boarding and deplaning.
• Familiarization with standard stock that is onboard.
• Participation in company meetings, as required.

Required Education and Experience:

• Demonstrated background/experience in aviation, health care, food service, customer service, and/or hospitality.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must have a current, valid driver’s license.
• Must have current passport or be willing to obtain passport within 30 days of date of hire.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
• Must regularly be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
