Job Summary:

Our Information technology (IT) administrator is responsible for maintaining the company’s IT network, servers, and security systems. They provide oversight of the organizations’ computer systems, maintain information systems and networks, upgrade and install new hardware and software, and perform troubleshooting techniques remotely to resolve employee issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic support for software, hardware, peripherals, and network access.
  • Install, configure, and manage office phone system.
  • Resolve critical issues/bugs to necessary parties including IT, Application Support and/or developers for resolution.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation of systems and networks.
  • Support CRM structure to align with overall corporate strategy and business unit needs.
  • Track, prioritize and document requests.
  • Provide technical support, advice, and documentation.
  • Install, configure, and track new servers, workstations, and other IT equipment.
  • Gather and document business requirements, formulate use cases, track requirements, provide status and ensure quality of solution throughout the project.
  • Handle hardware and software failures for field personnel and make quick and efficient decisions to properly identify the problem and correct.
  • Research various problems to provide appropriate responses to end users, ability to perform basic troubleshooting and assist users through simple procedures.
  • Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade all end-user devices and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Duties include information assurance, general application support/installation, system troubleshooting, and other duties related to system/user support.
  • Manage data/systems backup, migration, and disaster recovery.
  • Identify and document projects to improve support.
  • Aid cabin team in bringing technology supplies out to aircraft, as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or information technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Fluent in a variety of programming languages, software, and systems.
  • Able to work in an environment using cloud systems.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a lead technology position, preferably in the aviation industry.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of providing outstanding customer service to employees.
  • Mature self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrate highest level of integrity, initiative, judgement, high degree of tact and discretion; the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with all departments.
  • Excellent time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Must be flexible and ready for changes.
  • Ability to work on-site in West Palm Beach, FL

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
