Studio 6 - McAllen, TX

Studio 6 is currently looking for a Relief Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor from 4PM-12AM with a passion for providing exceptional customer service to join our dynamic team. Hotel Front Desk Clerk responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations, providing information about rooms, rates, and amenities, as well as running night audit, taking inventory, and light paperwork. Additional duties may be issued.

Other key duties include:

* Process guest registrations, including collecting payment
* Respond to guest needs, special requests and complaints and alert the General Manager as needed
* Communicate all pertinent shift information to General Manager and other desk staff
* Maintain and clean the lobby and bathroom as needed.

Minimum Experience, Education, Skill & Physical Requirements:
* Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

* Must be flexible to work 2 overnights shifts, weekends and holiday as needed.

* Must have sound judgment and discretional skills and be able to work with little or no supervision
* Must have customer service experience.
* Must display very good organization and time management skills.
* Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many types of personalities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
