OFFICE RECEPTIONIST

Sundays are 9-5

Greet patients, families, staff, and visitors

Answer and appropriately handle incoming phone calls, faxes, and electronic messages

Register new patients in the EHR and assist with any required paperwork, as appropriate

Schedule intake appointments based on provider schedule including in-person and telehealth visits

Maintain front desk area in a clean and organized manner ensuring a sufficient supply of office / clerical supplies

Maintain patient waiting area in a clean and welcoming manner

Ensures that all beginning and end of day procedure / tasks are followed and completed in a timely manner

Reports any incidents or abnormal occurrences to Office Manager

Must have mental health billing and insurance knowledge
