Job Summary:
Serra Chevrolet of Bartlett is seeking a driven and motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a full-time, commission-only sales job in the auto industry, located in Bartlett, Tennessee. As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, helping them find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs, and achieving sales goals.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position ranges from $50,000 to $80,000 per year, paid weekly. This is a commission-based position, allowing you to earn uncapped income based on your sales performance. Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers, providing exceptional customer service.
- Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our vehicles to customers.
- Assist customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs and budget.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features.
- Negotiate and close sales transactions, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitive offerings.
- Meet and exceed sales goals, both individually and as a team.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the dealership positively at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, further education preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
