As an HVAC maintenance technician, you'll collaborate with a dynamic and dedicated team to showcase technical prowess and achieve sales targets.

Your role involves diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems, guiding customers toward well-informed purchasing decisions.

This position will be office-based, with opportunities for travel within your assigned market. Responsibilities Complete HVAC service calls on equipment less than 10 years old.

Establish rapport with customers to recommend suitable products and services. Pose pertinent lifestyle questions to diagnose system malfunctions accurately.

Educate and assist customers in selecting optimal finance options and maintenance plans. Adhere to sales criteria and strive to exceed revenue goals.

Project professionalism and expertise to secure new referrals and repeat business. Collaborate closely with customer service and dispatch for overall business success.
