This is the entry-level position in the Pension Associate Job Series. Candidate will have the ability to progress within the job series by demonstrating proficiency within each series or step with an emphasis on employee development and performance evaluation. This helps provide an organized approach to advancement opportunities to ensure employees receive the attention and support they deserve.
Minimum qualifications: High school graduation plus four (4) years of responsible, self-directed work experience that demonstrates excellent customer service, research and analysis, computational, computer skills and the ability to work under limited supervision. - OR - Post-secondary degree and two years related work experience.
Salary begins at $43,763 if annualized.
