Maine Public Employees Retirement System (MainePERS) seeks a Training Specialist to join our Employer Reporting team. MainePERS is an established, professional, and dynamic organization that manages a variety of employee benefits for Maine’s public sector workers. The Training Specialist develops, coordinates, and provides training to the staff employed by our participating employers related to their payroll reporting obligations. This position requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and superior interpersonal skills to understand and educate employees inside and outside of the organization.
