Join our rapidly expanding team in the renewable energy manufacturing sector in Sealy, TX. As a subsidiary of a renowned publicly traded company, we are at the forefront of metal fabrication and production for the renewable energy industry. We currently have over 200 full-time employees and plan to expand to 500 positions.

Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment Coordination:

• Collaborate with organizations such as Workforce Solutions, staffing agencies, and vocational schools for recruitment projects.
• Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the onboarding process.

Policy Development and Implementation:

• Assist the HR Director in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Texas employment laws.

Workforce Planning:

• Communicate with department heads to understand staffing needs and plan for future requirements.

Employee Relations:

• Address employee concerns, handle complaints, and mediate disputes to improve workplace satisfaction and conditions.
• Collaborate with the administrative department to organize activities that promote a positive corporate culture.

Employee Training and Development:

• Organize employee training programs, evaluate training effectiveness, and develop career development plans to enhance skills and capabilities.

Additional Duties:

• Perform other HR Generalist tasks as required by the HR Director.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of recruitment and HR Generalist experience.
• Knowledge of HR-related laws and regulations, especially those in Texas, and the ability to adjust company policies accordingly.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience in a factory environment preferred.
• Experience with staffing agencies is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
