• Lead the creative and conceptual stages of the projects under the direction of Directors.
• Present and sell concepts and design solutions to our Clients.

Responsibilities

• Edit home plans using AutoCAD 
• Lead client meeting throughout the Preconstruction process
• Assist clients in the selection process for flooring and lighting selections.
• Communicate with clients about the Preconstruction process 
• Import client selections into Buildertrend
• Keep projects on track to adhere to Buildertrend Schedule
• Draft custom cabinets for every client using Design 2020
• Measure for cabinets on site to assure accurate sizing/ Order cabinets
• Select Spec home selections
• Render 2D/3D Home elevation in Photoshop (or similar program)
• Work alongside the Directors and Associates to lead multiple projects with the assistance of more junior members of the team.

Qualifications

• A degree or equivalent in Interior Design
• At least 3-5 years post-graduate experience with a minimum of 2 years in the single-family homes sector
• Full proficiency using Design 2020, Photoshop, and AutoCAD. (Rendering capability required)
• Revit: Sketchup is a plus
• Experience working on all aspects of projects, through all stages of work, from sales, concept, and completion
• Financial understanding of project costs and budget awareness
• Impeccable and concise communication and presentation skills, verbal and written.
