Responsibilities:

• Oversee the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and efficient project execution.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations on construction sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
• Collaborate with Estimators to understand project requirements and budgets.
• Manage and mentor construction teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and regulations.
• Problem-solve and address any challenges that may arise during construction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 2 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar roles.
• In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, principles, and practices.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols.
• Negotiation skills to facilitate successful project outcomes.
• Proficiency in using software such as DropBox for document management.

Salary and Benefits:

• Full Time
• Salary range: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
