Position Overview:

As a Commercial Cleaning Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success. You will be responsible for prospecting and securing new clients in various industries, with a focus on commercial cleaning services. Your primary objective will be to expand our client base, increase revenue, and enhance channel success by gathering valuable insights into customer needs, market trends, and competitor strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial cleaning sector, with a focus on healthcare and post-construction settings.

Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure contracts and agreements with clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Gather customer, market, and competitor insights during the sales process to inform strategic decisions and enhance channel success.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.

Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role, with a track record of success.

Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence decision-makers.

Motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to sales.

Experience in B2B sales is highly preferred.

Knowledge of commercial cleaning industry practices and trends.

Experience in healthcare and post-construction sales is considered a significant advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
