Goal Cleaning Service is a leading provider of manufacturing support services to the global automotive industry. Goal Cleaning Service continues to grow and is seeking a full-time Janitorial Trainer/Substitute to join our team in Philadelphia Area. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, who is organized, detailed and has the ability to work independently. This position will be responsible for cleaning the assigned area(s) according to established procedures and in accordance with company policies and procedures. This position will be required to assist in the preparation of the facility for daily operations. This is a full-time position with potential for overtime based on business needs.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly reliable and dedicated individual for the position of Housekeeping/Janitorial Substitute and Trainer in Philadelphia Area. As a substitute, you will be responsible for filling in for absent employees at various locations as needed, performing routine cleaning and janitorial tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, dusting, cleaning offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and windows. Additionally, when experienced enough, this role will require training new employees on Goal Cleaning Service standards, products, processes, and procedures.

Responsibilities:
Training and supervising. Perform routine cleaning and janitorial tasks with a high level of thoroughness
Train new employees on cleaning and disinfecting patient rooms, floors, offices, conference rooms, equipment, furniture, common areas, and waiting rooms following hospital-approved infection prevention standards
Train new employees on and independently perform high level cleaning in specialized areas such as clinical areas, surgical suites, cath lab, specialty rooms, and sterile areas
Ensure compliance with safety and OSHA regulations, using proper PPE where required
Communicate effectively in English, with bilingual proficiency being a plus
Round on team members to address concerns and provide regular education and assistance
Problem-solve concerns and provide daily monitoring of assigned areas, partnering with environmental services and nursing leaders. Weekly inspections for the quality control report and also needs to make the report to. The person will be the messenger for the employees at the hospital cleaner and to the goal cleaning management.

Qualifications:
*Availability to work a varied schedule early evenings weekdays and weekends at various locations in Philadelphia Area, with the schedule varying week to week depending on need.
*Ability to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs and to perform physical labor, including constant standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, and reaching
*Ability to work and communicate well with others
*Some cleaning experience is helpful but not necessary
*Some supervisory or training experience is helpful but not necessary
*Willingness to learn and provide on-the-job training to those with a strong work ethic

Salary
$40K-$60K a year

EXPERIENCE:
·3 year of cleaning experience preferred.
·Fast paced environment with high safety risk; must be able to handle high pressure situations with minimal supervision.
·Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen and physical.
·Great team player with excellent customer service skills.
·Ability to learn new procedures quickly.
·Must have valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation. (The person has to have his own car to go to different locations)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
