The following position is to join our RTX Corporate team:

RTX Corporate Headquarters is seeking a Manager, Corporate Benefits supporting North America, LATAM, and South America. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for the implementation and ongoing management of various Health & Welfare and Leave & Disability benefits for active employees and retirees, including governance of key third-party vendors.

This role primarily supports the Senior Director, Benefits by providing valuable input to assist in determining the execution of design for various programs. This position, within the RTX Benefits Operations team, works closely with Corporate Benefits Strategy, Enterprise Services, Payroll, HRIS/BIS and Benefits Finance organizations.

What You Will Do

  • Develop strong working relationships with internal and external customers
  • Manage supplier relationships/programs and monitor performance and deliverables.
  • Support other benefit related departmental activities, including Annual Enrollment, bargained unit negotiations and data requests
  • Coordinate the resolution of issues and escalations and provide subject matter expertise to business units and internal/external partners.
  • Create standard work and process maps to document key processes
  • Support year end payroll testing and processing
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities using CORE tools
  • Facilitate the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of updates to various benefits communications materials
  • Lead and support special benefit related projects as assigned
  • Working knowledge of qualified 401(k) Savings Plans
  • Travel up to 15%, or as needed.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum 8 years of work experience, 4 of which include experience within benefits or related human resources administration.
  • Previous project management experience
  • Prior experience in analytics and using data to solve problems
  • Knowledge of various benefit related legislation (ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA etc.)
  • Experience in the preparation and delivery of effective presentations
  • Experience using quality tools and metrics to solve issues and drive business results

This role is also eligible for the Re-Empower Program. The Re-Empower Program helps support talented and committed professionals as they rebuild their capabilities, enhance leadership skills, and continue their professional journey. Minimum Program Qualifications

To qualify for the RTX Re-Empower Program, candidates should:

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.This role is a U.S.-based role.
