A busy family of 7 in Volente is looking for a playful, compassionate, gentle, and consistent nanny to care for their 5 children. Special needs experience is a big plus, as the 6-year-old has some behavioral needs (severe ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, difficulty regulating his emotions, sensory processing disorder, history of trauma).

During the school year, the nanny's day would consist of activities with the toddler until nap time, then some child-related household tasks while the toddler sleeps. After the toddler's nap, the nanny would pick up the older children from school, support them through their chores and homework, prepare dinner for the children, bath, and bedtime routine depending on the day.

The summer schedule is much more fluid, with the children in various camps off and on.

Swimming is a must, as the family lives on Lake Travis

General Duties of the Nanny/Attendant Include:

• Engage all children in developmentally appropriate activities
• Transport children to/from school
• Support children through homework/chores
• Prepare/clean up children’s meals
• Bath & Bedtime routines with the children
