About the Role: The Procurement Data Analyst will be a member of the Procurement Operations team reporting to the Procurement Operations Manager. The Procurement Data Analyst will be accountable for driving operational excellence across the procurement function through advanced data analytics and reporting. Responsibilities include managing team KPI’s, supplier risk levels, and market trends. The ideal candidate will be experienced in data analytics and reporting utilizing Industry standard data analytics tools and methodologies. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team. Responsibilities: Analyze procurement spend data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to drive savings and spend consolidation opportunities. Develop, maintain and report procurement performance KPIs dashboards, and proactively identify areas for improvement by identifying trends. Support the procurement team in strategic sourcing initiatives including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to procurement supply chain management and performance standards. Collaborate with Category teams to identify, track and report commercial trends across various categories related to pricing and contract terms. Partner with Vendor MDM to provide supporting metrics around vendor risk and compliance management. Identify trends and opportunities through spend analytics for vendor catalogues in the e-Procurement (P2P) system, enabling low-touch fast track PO placement for commodity products. Collaborate with category teams to develop and maintain catalogues. Support cost/benefit analysis with business recommendations on key projects/decisions for the procurement team. Requirements: 3-5 years related procurement experience, preferably supporting operations. Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business or logistics is required, advanced degree is bonus. Supply chain or purchasing certification (ISM or equivalent) is a bonus. Experience with ERP, Procurement and e-Sourcing systems such as Coupa is preferred. Familiarity with Procurement processes across complete Source-to-Pay cycle. Experience in industry standard Source-to-Pay systems such as Ariba, Coupa, GEP or Medius is preferred. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools) e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) Experience working across global teams and multiple jurisdictions is highly desirable. Attention to detail, strong stakeholder communication, influencing and written skills. Ability to manage multiple systems and processes in a fast-paced environment. Key attributes of a successful candidate include initiative-taker, being able to deal with ambiguity and a can-do attitude. Demonstrated ability to deliver against goals and timelines.
