truly disrupt the green energy? Are you a proven professional that is tired of the frat boy culture that seems to permeate the industry
you love? Are you fed up with having to put up with all that just to make life-altering money?
We are seeking highly motivated, professionals to join our client’s team. This candidate would be at the forefront of customer
acquisition in a brand-new green energy product. In this position, you will participate in the sales process by generating leads and
soliciting qualified homes and businesses for hydroelectric green energy. You will be partnering with the executive team to build out a
sales process and structure for a new business sector. In this position you will help develop the sales strategy company wide as well as
help grow the division.
Responsibility
  • Direct Sales to homeowners and small businesses for residential hydroelectric energy.
  • Partner with the executive team to build out a sales process and structure for a new business sector.
  • Develop the sales strategy company wide as well as help grow the division.
  • Full access to all sales products for our client. Upsell residential and small business customers EV Chargers, Batteries.
  • Problem-solving orientation, highly persuasive, self-disciplined, and honest
  • Incredible level of reliability and independence.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of products and financing.
  • Achieve sales and margin goals.
  • Represent our client’s brand with the utmost integrity.
Experience And Qualifications
  • Must be self-driven, highly motivated with high energy, professional attitude.
  • This successful candidate must have excellent people skills and be able to demonstrate the value of meeting with one of our sales representatives.
  • Mission-driven individuals with a greater good perspective.
  • Effective organization and time management skill.
  • Ability to work under stress to meet deadlines and quotas.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask appropriately.
  • Articulate with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Must have a clean pre-employment background check.
Compensation
  • Competitive Uncapped Compensation Tied with milestones. 3K per home. Plus bonus’s
  • Weekly pay
  • Top Reps on track to make 200K
