About the Opportunity
Do you have experience and success as an in-home sales rep? Are you tired of feeling like "just a number?" Are you a proven professional that is tired of the frat boy culture that seems to permeate the industry you love? Are you fed up with having to put up with all that just to make life-altering money? 

We are seeking highly motivated, professionals to join our team. Sales Representatives are at the forefront of customer acquisition. In this position, you will participate in the sales process by generating leads and soliciting qualified homes for solar. You will also be provided company leads, which should represent 30-50% of your overall sales.

Responsibility

  • Direct Sales to homeowners/businesses 
  • This successful candidate will have excellent people skills and be able to demonstrate the value of meeting with one of our sales representatives
  • Problem-solving orientation, highly persuasive, self-disciplined, and honest
  • Incredible level of reliability and independence.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of competitors.
  • Achieve sales and margin goals.
  • Represent our brand with the utmost integrity.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Must be self-driven, highly motivated with high energy, professional attitude.
  • Mission-driven individuals with a greater good perspective.
  • Effective organization and time management skill.
  • Ability to work under stress to meet deadlines and quotas.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask appropriately.
  • Articulate with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Must have a clean pre-employment background check
