Please note:

• This position requires on site classroom and on the job training for a minimum of 16 weeks before you would be eligible to work from home. You must meet the location requirements including being able to timely respond to the office for any outages during your scheduled shift.
• This is NOT a Monday through Friday position - weekends and holidays are required, as this is a 24/7/365 monitoring center!
• Shifts available: 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) with the opportunity to move to a 1st shift (7am-3pm) or 3rd shift (11pm-7am) in the future.
