**Position:** Patient Liaison
**Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
**Location:** Yukon Eyecare Professionals
Yukon Eyecare Professionals is looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Patient Liaison to be the welcoming face of our clinic. If you have a passion for exceptional patient care and thrive in a dynamic team environment, we want to hear from you!
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet patients warmly and ensure they feel valued and comfo*rtable
- Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
- Collect appropriate fees and co-pays
- Check patients in and out
- Ensure all required intake forms are filled out
- Input IDs and insurance cards into our system
- Serve as the front-line representative of our clinic, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor
**Qualifications:**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare setting is a plus
