Lake Linganore Association is seeking a full-time Finance Assistant to join its Homeowners Association office team. We are currently seeking candidates with an Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts payable experience.

Preferred Requirements:

• 2 years of related experience in an A/R and/or A/P role
• An understanding of accounting close process, making GL coding decisions and reconciliation
• Entering new vendors and paying invoices
• Excellent attention to detail
• High degree of confidentiality
• Demonstrated excellence in a customer service
• Strong professional communication (written, oral) and interpersonal skills. Possess strong analytical and logical reasoning capabilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Associates Degree inn Accounting or Finance is a must; Bachelor's preferred.
