Experience with Netsuite or other ERP is a plus for this position. Sales management experience is required.

Konnect RF is a manufacturer of electronic components including RF components, cable assemblies and other interconnect products. The candidate will be responsible for learning and understanding RF components on a technical level, and training will be on-site. The candidate will be responsible for managing a small team of outbound sales representatives. The day to day procedure includes full sales cycle management, which includes meticulous attention to detail on a technical level. This job will have a base salary commissions, with the ability to make well over $100,000/year. Medical/dental insurance, 401k and other benefits included.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand RF components on a technical level.
• Utilize existing relationships to onboard new customers.
• Manage inbound business from large, international corporations.
• Maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
• Receive new RFQs and opportunities from existing and new customers.
• Email new leads using targeted software.
• Maintain relationships with international trade partners.

Qualifications

• Broad understanding of RF/Microwave components preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of Netsuite or other ERP system.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is helpful, but not required.
• Ability to understand technical data as it relates to RF components.
