We are looking for an HR Specialist who enjoys recruiting!

You need to work with a team-oriented fast fast-paced work environment.

The role is for an energetic, organized and flexible professional.

HR Tasks:

1. Talent Acquisition/Recruiting: Identify staffing needs and implement a strategy to achieve staffing goals, develop and execute recruiting strategies (this will be take between 40-50% of your day-to-day)

2. Onboarding: Conduct new hire onboard/orientation

3. Personnel Records Management: Ensure all personnel files and data in company systems are complete, accurate, and in compliance with State and Federal employment laws

4. Employee Relations: Handle day-today employee relations matters up to resolution.

5. Performance Evaluations: Responsible for employees' evaluations process.

6. Safety: Ensure staff follow company's safety standards

7. Compliance: Ensure the company meets all State and Federal requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for needed roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Other Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage, which must be maintained during the course of employment.
• Selected candidates will be subject to a background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
