Reporting: Reports directly to the Customer Service Supervisor or Branch Manager
Purpose: The Inside Sales Position is responsible for providing customer service by taking orders for concrete related products and ensuring a timely delivery or pick up. Must have the ability to communicate effectively and be able to address the customer’s needs and concerns in a manner that is beneficial to Barnsco.
