The Administrative Staff at Harvest plays a vital role in support of the work and ministry of the Church every day. The effective and efficient work of this team depends on everyone fulfilling their roles and responsibilities as assigned, while at the same time enjoying fellowship and support from one other in a friendly, beautiful, and new work environment.

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to focus on financial record-keeping and billing operations who is:

• an organized multi-tasker with attention to detail
• a self-starter who can work independently without constant supervision
• willing to learn new skills and software programs when needed
• a true team player
• has a great work ethic and understands the importance of accuracy.
• previous accounting experience and proficiency in QuickBoooks is a plus
• available to work at least Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays; other days as desired/needed. Some flexibility in start and end times available.

The position includes, but is not limited to: managing accounts payable, account reconciliation, tax filing, daycare billing, producing monthly and custom financial reports, keeping accurate financial records, providing support for other team members if needed.
