Your Role

The Amazon Marketplace BizOps Manager/Associate Manager will lead all Amazon business operations, helping to establish a robust foundation for scalable growth. This role will be responsible for leading all Amazon operations planning and cost optimization, managing Amazon special projects such as listing optimization and product launches, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure progress towards Amazon objectives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, analytical, self-motivated, an effective communicator, a cross-functional collaborator, and a critical thinker. This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Strategy & BizOps (ex-Bain) and will work cross-functionally with multiple teams at O Positiv.

Responsibilities and Duties

Amazon Operations –

• Lead all Amazon-related operations initiatives
• Work directly with Operations team to strategize optimal level of inventory for Amazon sales channel
• Manage cost savings optimizations to ensure that Amazon channel is as efficient as possible

Amazon Product Launch Management –

• Accountable for delivering on-time and high-quality product launches
• Manage end-to-end Amazon product launch management process, including inventory planning, testing requirements, creative assets, listing optimization, and data implications
• Coordinate cross-functionally with other O Positiv teams and Amazon agency to plan Amazon launches

Listing Management –

• Run A/B testing ideation and implementation, analyze test results, and continuously build testing pipeline
• Manage content optimization to ensure that listings are optimized for visibility and conversion
• Lead creation, optimization, and management of listings

Amazon Account Health - Monitor and manage the health of our Amazon account, ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies and regulations, proactively addressing any issues that may arise.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree and equivalent work experience in a highly analytical role
• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting or a large CPG or a startup in analytical role
• Amazon / e-commerce experience is a plus
• Start-up / supplements / personal care experience or passion is a plus

Interpersonal:

• Structured and data-oriented thinker – a good problem-solver
• Strong communication skills: listen, reflect, proactively learn
• Ability to work effectively with different groups of individuals – a team player
• Ability to manage multiple moving pieces – hard working, organized, and results-oriented individual
• Strong time management and prioritization skills

Hours and Compensation

The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $100,000 - $145,000. Compensation and title will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and local market rates.
