Come Join Us! We are looking to add a full time (Tuesday - Saturday, 35 hours/week) role in the Parts department at Elk River Harley. Experience not required, Training provided.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year auto or motorcycle parts sales experience is beneficial but not required. Harley-Davidson experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.

What you will do:

• Assist customers in the store and over the phone with their parts and accessories purchases
• Suggest step-up items and other complimentary items to customers
• Handle requests for parts and accessory shipments
• Stock and display merchandise as required
• Notify customers of receipt of special orders by phone.
• Box and ship special orders to customers
• Project a positive image to customers at all times
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications
• Assist customers with products and services sold at the dealership in order to present features and benefits to customers
• Inspire customers next customization project
• Tuesday through Saturday work schedule

What qualifications you must have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 years experience in retail sales preferred
• Parts & Accessories experience is a plus
• Harley-Davidson Enthusiast required

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
