You'll schedule appointments, upsell our services, keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicles, and serve as the bridge between customers and our skilled technicians. Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Great attitude with the ability to get along well with others

Having automotive sales experience and market knowledge of the automotive industry is preferred! A strong understanding of how people think is a plus!
