PAY & BENEFITS

THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED:

• 5 years of experience in advanced automotive diagnostics
• Ability to convey technical information in a clear, organized manner

Preferred Qualifications: 10 years of advanced diagnostic experience, expertise in electrical and emission repairs, ASE certifications, an understanding of typical vehicle mechanical and electrical systems, and an insatiable hunger for learning and teaching.

THE TYPICAL DAY-TO-DAY

• Position type: Full-time (with a 4-day workweek (Monday to Thursday)
• Operating hours: 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Location: the heart of San Leandro, CA

Each shift, you begin your day at our state-of-the-art shop, immersed in the harmonious purr of engines and the excitement of endless possibilities. In this role, you're not merely a technician, but a sleuth in the automotive world. Your mission? Decipher the cryptic messages of check engine lights. Armed with cutting-edge tools, you delve into the vehicle's systems, like a seasoned detective on an intriguing case.

By noon, you've cracked the code, ensuring a customer's vehicle is roadworthy. You follow up, making their day brighter. After lunch, an intricate electrical challenge awaits. Your expertise shines as you unravel the web of wires, restoring the vehicle to its peak. As the sun sets, you reflect on your impactful work and our exceptional work environment.
