Your schedule is full-time with four 10 hour workdays! As our Automotive Service Advisor, you play a pivotal role in our daily operations. Your day begins with warm greetings to customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring seamless communication between customers and technicians. You'll schedule appointments, upsell our services, keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicles, and serve as the bridge between customers and our skilled technicians. Your upbeat attitude and attention to detail keep our operations running smoothly, ensuring every vehicle receives the care it needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Great attitude with the ability to get along well with others

Having automotive sales experience and market knowledge of the automotive industry is preferred! A strong understanding of how people think is a plus!
