DACK Consulting, is a respected and thriving Construction Consulting/Management firm, as we seek a diligent and proficient Office Manager to complement our team.

Position Summary:

The Office Manager will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office on a

day-to-day basis. This position is responsible for managing administrative staff, overseeing

facility management, and ensuring that the office operates efficiently and effectively. The ideal

candidate will be an organized, reliable, and results-driven professional who can adapt to

changing needs and support our team in achieving their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage office supplies, and inventory and place orders, as necessary.

• Supervise and coordinate activities of office administrative staff.

• Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems.

• Ensure that health and safety policies are up to date.

• Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences.

• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

• Address employee's queries regarding office management issues (e.g., stationery,

hardware, and travel arrangements).

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative

Assistant.

• Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.

• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).

• Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g., fax machines and printers).

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.

• A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.

• Bachelor's Degree: additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will

be a plus.

• Notary Public in the state of New Jersey or willing to obtain
