Generate sales for Audio Visual systems through developing and maintaining client relationships and expanding the company’s current client base within an assigned market.

Day-To-Day Responsibilities:

• Identify sales prospects within assigned market and provide monthly activity reports
• Exhibit a consultative sales approach to determine a customer’s audio-visual collaboration needs.
• Private Sector, State Government, Federal Government, and Healthcare verticals
• Develop price quotations and bid responses that are complete, accurate, and profitable.
• Clearly communicate audio-visual solutions that meet our client’s needs
• Interact with various CMS departments to effectively maintain a high level of customer service for our clients.
• Meet or exceed quarterly GP target by closing opportunities on a consistent basis
• Expand CMS’ client network throughout target market
• Establish professional relationships with manufacturer sales and sales engineering personnel.
• Actively use CRM databases to complete client contact information, provide detailed notes and track pending activities
• Other duties assigned as needed

• Ability to balance multiple tasks with changing priorities
• Ability to work and think independently while meeting deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must have clear and professional communication skills (written and oral) both internally and externally
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Effective communication and interaction with employees, clients, and colleagues and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
• A four-year degree is preferred, but not required. We take into account your experience/skill level and what you bring to the table as an individual.
• 3 years of experience in B2B sales
• Experience selling IT related products is preferred
