**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on personal lines insurance. The primary responsibility of the Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Agent is to assist clients with all lines of personal insurance.

**Responsibilities:**

- Evaluate clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options while rounding out accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and processing policy changes
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients in a clear and comprehensive manner
- Process insurance applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently
- Handle claims questions and assist clients with the claims process

**Qualifications:**

- Must hold a valid insurance license for Personal Lines Insurance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Lines Insurance Agent is preferred
- Strong knowledge of personal insurance products and coverage options
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience with AMS360, Singlepoint and Outlook a plus
