Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Short-Form Video Production Associate. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our short-form video (SFV) content creation and distribution efforts across various social media platforms.

You will work closely with and directly report to the SFV Program Manager.

Responsibilities :

• Content Creation
• Short-form video editing for social media using Adobe Premiere Pro, as well as using TikTok & Instagram's in-platform editing features
• Assist with longer-form video editing for YouTube using Canva's video editing features
• Assist in collecting b-roll footage for larger video projects
• Create content that appeals to our target audiences around the world (USA, Canada, Australia, UK)
• Assist in creating thumbnails in Canva for YouTube videos
• Content Research
• Research social media content for growth insights and trends to inform content strategy
• Collect social media content from various sources to stitch, tag, or duet on our platforms
• Research content insights for our international audiences
• SFV Assistance
• Utilize ChatGPT for creating captions or to assist in research
• Schedule short-form content on YouTube and Meta platforms
• Assist in various general SFV tasks and administrative work

Requirements :

• Prior experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Access to Adobe Premiere Pro, as well as a good understanding of video editing techniques for social media.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in using tools such as ChatGPT, social media scheduling platforms, and analytics tools.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred but not required
• Proficiency in the English language is required
