We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.

Other job duties include:

• Order entry
• Credit card processing
• Close coordination with Sales to insure order accuracy and clear discprencies
• Freight and Shipping experience including UPS/FedEx
• Prepartion of export documents for international shipments
• Producing lables per customer requests
• Processing owners manuals
• Filing
