About Us:

Computer Headquarters, based in Carlsbad, CA, specializes in selling computer gaming parts and systems. We've been in business for almost 8 years and have recently grown into a much bigger warehouse that is ready to expand our gaming computer building process. We pride ourselves on our culture. The majority of our employees are gamers and we encourage having fun at work while getting work done. During breaks and after work employees like to use our inhouse private LAN center as well as multiple big screen TVs with PS5's. The games that are current employees play range from Fantasy MMORPGs to Racing Sims and everything in between. We are looking for a person who is easy to get along with, fun to be around, and not afraid to enforce company rules.

Job Responsibilities:

• Respectful enforcement. Making sure PC Builders under your management are staying on task.
• Prioritizing workflow. Making sure the most important orders are finished first and making sure daily production is on track.
• Offering assistance where needed to PC Builders.
• Communicating with management regarding the status of projects or problems that arise.
• Inventory. Keeping track of the internal parts inventory for PC builds using our inventory management software.
• Hands on. Each PC will require a final sign off in order to be ready to ship to the customer. On average the manager will not be building a PC from beginning to end, but only auditing the end result.
• Making sure PC builders are taking their breaks at the correct times.
• Ensuring PC builders are keeping tables and tools organized correctly.

Experience:

• Experience managing people is highly valued but not required.
• PC Building experience is highly valued but not required.
• We are open to trying a person who is the right fit, but has limited relevant Experience/Track-record.
• To earn the highest potential rate will require significant relevant experience and proven track record
