Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at Buschbach Insurance Agency in Oak Lawn, IL. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining customer relationships, providing insurance solutions, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. The role also involves working closely with insurance carriers and underwriters to negotiate coverage and premiums.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, or account management - personal lines and commercial lines
• Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Insurance industry property and casualty license
• Bi-lingual (Spanish)
