Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Accounting Clerk. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records, processing car deals and assisting the accounting department with various duties.

Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain financial records using accounting software Reynolds & Reynolds
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed

Requirements:

-PRIOR AUTO DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using REYNOLDS & REYNOLDS is a MUST!
- Excellent data entry skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
