COMPANY OVERVIEW: Hot Tub Products is a small and very successful 14-Year-old family business that sells both traditional and proprietary accessories to hot tub dealers and OEM’s both domestically and internationally. We have grown between 20% and 35% each year over the last 8 Years. We own patents and trademarks along with exclusive international distribution rights on most of the products we sell. HTP is owned by the founders of ThermoSpas Inc, who developed the largest hot tub retail organization in the world. Our strengths are our unique product line, competitive pricing, industry experience, and most importantly our staff. We’re looking for the right candidate to assist in continuing our growth and be the right fit to match the passion and fun within our current team. RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assisting in the growth of existing dealers both domestically & internationally.
· Responding to new inquiries and opening new accounts.
· Monitoring conversion ratios on existing accounts.
· Outbound sales calls to potential accounts from our existing database of dealers.
· Participate in regular meetings on new marketing ideas.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum 5 years of B-to-B sales experience
· Experience with Salesforce or Nutshell or similar CRM platform
· Experience with Excel in developing monthly sales reporting
· Usage of new technology to train new & existing accounts

WE OFFER
· Guaranteed Salary of $80,000
· Plus, Monthly Commission that should provide a
First Year Total income of between 100 to 125K
