COMPANY OVERVIEW: Hot Tub Products is a small and very successful 14-Year-old family business that sells both traditional and proprietary accessories to hot tub dealers and OEM’s both domestically and internationally. We have grown between 20% and 35% each year over the last 8 Years. We own patents and trademarks along with exclusive international distribution rights on most of the products we sell. HTP is owned by the founders of ThermoSpas Inc, who developed the largest hot tub retail organization in the world. Our strengths are our unique product line, competitive pricing, industry experience, and most importantly our staff. We’re looking for the right candidate to assist in continuing our growth and be the right fit to match the passion and fun within our current team. Candidate must have a strong background in Customer Service both on the phone and via computer. This position interacts with all departments and offers an excellent opportunity for growth. We are looking for the right candidate that will be the right fit to match the passion and fun within our current team. Background in the hot tub industry is helpful but not required, we provide an excellent internal training program.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Supporting our Existing Customer Base.
· Processing New Orders and Providing Dealer Support
· Maintaining Relations with Outside Sales Reps
· Participate in Meetings on New Marketing Ideas
QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum 3 years’ experience in Customer Service
· Good writing and verbal communication skills
· Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platform
· Strong organizational and time management skills

WE OFFER
· Guaranteed Salary of $50,000
· Plus, Monthly Commission that should provide a
First Year Total income of between 65K to 80K
