D.O.T. SUPERINTENDENT

A large specialty contractor is looking for an experienced DOT Superintendent to join their team as they expand into the Fort Wayne & Indianapolis markets. Experience working heavy highway/bridge repairs is highly preferred. A vehicle & fuel card is provided and benefit premiums are 100% employer paid.
DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a deadline-driven construction superintendent to oversee our construction projects and act as the link between various project parties. In this role, you will lead and manage the on-site construction team and oversee all work on-site (Indianapolis & Ft Wayne, IN area). You will also be responsible for orderliness and ensure compliance with safety regulations. You will ensure quality standards are met and all equipment and materials are always available on-site. You will liaise with inspection authorities regarding approvals.
To ensure success you should complete projects on time and within budget, and never compromise on quality. Top candidates will be strong leaders, confident, organized, and proactive and can perform under pressure. Applicable project experience for this role includes a work history of road & bridge work with experience and knowledge working with concrete.
