Responsibilities:

• Assist monthly financial close functions through preparation of financial statements for each designated operating location.
• Reconciliation of all general ledger accounts.
• Effective ongoing communication of financial related information to team
• Special projects as assigned.
• Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll
• Cash Reconciliations

Qualifications:

• Experience as Bookkeeper/Staff Accountant or similar role
• Strong knowledge of financial concepts, principles, and practices
• Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks online) and MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team
• Solid understanding of payroll processes and regulations
• Familiarity with corporate finance principles and practices
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in financial data
