Responsibilities:
Assist monthly financial close functions through preparation of financial statements for each designated operating location.
Reconciliation of all general ledger accounts.
Effective ongoing communication of financial related information to team
Special projects as assigned.
Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll
Cash Reconciliations
Qualifications:
Experience as Bookkeeper/Staff Accountant or similar role
Strong knowledge of financial concepts, principles, and practices
Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks online) and MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team
Solid understanding of payroll processes and regulations
Familiarity with corporate finance principles and practices
Strong analytical skills to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in financial data
