Wigwam Mills, Inc. is Hiring a Part-Time Customer Service Representative Near Sheboygan, WI
We are looking for part-time Customer Service Representative with a desire to administer the daily fulfillment of orders placed by consumers on Wigwam.com and phone calls. Backup full-time .com Customer Service Representative.
This position is expected to work an average of 20 to 29 hours per week.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Enter orders from consumers contacting Wigwam.com by phone.
- Answer consumer questions regarding the most appropriate styles for them as relates to their needs.
- Closely monitor daily and overnight orders fixing any issues or cancellations.
- Respond to consumer complaints and when necessary, authorize returns for credits or exchanges.
- Process and respond to consumer Replacements and Return Merchandise Allowance refunds.
- Proactively call consumers to ensure shipments meet expectations and notify them when items are back in stock for re-orders.
- Obtain working knowledge of all Wigwam products and answer consumer questions and emails.
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls with retailers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of customer service experience.
- Strong teamwork background.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, Order Management System).
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Ability to work across the entire company to coordinate efforts relating to meeting consumer expectations and ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Detail oriented with the ability to make sound decision on behalf of the customer and the company.
- Flexibility to ensure Wigwam has adequate coverage during vacations.
