We are looking for an organized and efficient Executive Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our company as well as our dynamic CEO and Founder. You will need to act proactively and in some cases without guidance while understanding the needs and characteristics of your coworkers.

Note that you will work from home about 80 % of the time, so easy access to a reliable computer, transportation, phone, and internet is a must. Apple is a partner, so we're a very mac-friendly company, though we accept PC-people too. The other 20% of the time is mobile errand work, or supporting the educational seminars, so reliable transportation is key.
