**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and representing our hotel in a professional manner. PEP experience is a plus.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Assist with night audit procedures as needed
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in guest relations, front desk, or hospitality preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using phone systems and hotel management software
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is advantageous
