Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries, providing excellent customer service - Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations - Handle guest complaints or concerns, escalating to management when necessary - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Perform night audit duties as needed Experience: - Previous experience in a similar role preferred - Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional service - Bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus - Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services - Familiarity with hospitality management systems and phone systems - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Join our team of dedicated professionals in the hospitality industry!
