Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Manager to join our team in providing exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a background in hotel management, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient in managing front desk operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Train, supervise, and support front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Manage room inventory and rates to maximize revenue
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are well-maintained
- Conduct night audits and prepare daily reports
Skills:
- Experience in hotel or resort management
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Proficiency in front desk operations and phone systems
- Knowledge of night audit procedures
- Strong hospitality and guest service orientation
- Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication
