Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Enter data accurately into our system.
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
- Answer our customers, thru our different social media platforms, such as facebook, instagram, youtube.

- Schedule appointments, call customers with daily updates.

Skills:
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar office productivity software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
