Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Budtender Manager to join our team. The Budtender Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dispensary, managing a team of budtenders, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the cannabis industry, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of budtenders, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations governing the sale of cannabis products.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining accurate records.
• Provide exceptional customer service and educate customers about cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for customers.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product developments, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in the cannabis industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods.
• Familiarity with state and local regulations governing the sale of cannabis products.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a background check.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
